Measure your body with a soft tape, in inches. Your top size comes from your chest and your jogger size from your waist, straight from the NEXO size chart, so you can wear a different top and jogger size.
- Chest: around the fullest part, under your arms, tape level across your back. Breathe normally.
- Waist: around where you wear your scrub pants, tape snug but not tight.
- Inseam (optional): from your crotch down the inside of your leg to your ankle bone.
